I suppose that there is something to the life lessons our parents taught us. Or, at least the lessons my parents taught us. This can apply in Business or your personal life. We feel it is just logic.
It’s pretty clear that my parents didn’t raise everyone’s family and assumed that even with the same upbringing that there would be consistent outcomes. People’s life journeys have a tremendous impact on how they interpret and project themselves to the world at large. We see it clearly and playing out in people’s personal lives and it would be wrong to assume that it wouldn’t play out significantly in their work-related lives as well.

20% of the population is the tipping point in a Woke Culture or a Conservative one. However, we believe it is even more elementary that that. it’s even more fundamental than that. “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. Margaret Mead.
It is just that. Do something, be respectful to one another. Treat people with kindness, however, we do not have to sit there and take it when woke goes and destroys. We do not have to turn a blind eye when the violence turns to those who cannot defend themselves on the street.
You might have thought, “Damn right, defund the Police after the George Floyd Matter.” Then as the last few years, witnessed crime rates in all of our cities multiply beyond reason. Then you see those Democrats who said “There is no peace and bailed out those rioters” who were mostly peacefully protesting when they burned it all to the ground. To ‘Trust them’ and that they never were really for defunding the police, before they were for it.
We suggest, that it is time to hold these people accountable. And this accountability can be as simple as letting your voice be heard. When you see an injustice, stand and arise for the correct thing to be done.
Do not let that local school board get away with teaching that children are inherently racist. Don’t let that school board teach and indoctrinate children who have not reached the age of consent to be groomed by teachers, and leaders on their sexual identity.
Your voice and your ability to lend credibility to the sensible middle isn’t a fringe methodology. That extreme 10 % on the extreme right or left will tell you, your voice is not needed, meaningful, or worth it.
We say stand. We say stand for the right. Watch s the power of evil crumble in front of you.
